Return Policy

ID Badge Center Return Policies:

Unopened Items 
If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

  • Product must be unopened, unused and factory sealed.

  • Product returns must include original packaging, boxes, instructions, etc.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit – subject to ID Badge Center discretion.


Opened Items
We are unable to accept the return of the following ‘opened’ items:

  • Opened media – cards, ribbons and/or printer cleaning kits.

Other opened, but unused items may be returnable with a restocking fee; please contact ID Badge Center Support to make appropriate arrangements.


We are unable to accept the return of the following items.

  • Special order items.

Defective Merchandise 

If you received a product that is defective out of the packaging, please contact ID Badge Center Support to arrange for a return material authorization (RMA). We will do our best to replace the product as quickly as possible. Contact ID Badge Center Support for an RMA number within 30 days of receipt of product. Items must be received by ID Badge Center within 15 days of issuance of RMA. Please follow the RMA instructions provided to you with the RMA number.

  • ID Badge Center cannot be responsible for any merchandise that fails to arrive at our facility.

  • Merchandise that arrives at our facility damaged cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.

Canceled Orders

If you feel you must cancel your order for some reason other than defective merchandise, we will be happy to process that for you. However your refund will be minus the fees our payment gateways charge for such actions.


ID Badge Center may amend the return policy guidelines at anytime.
